Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by Seamora LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Cancellations

You may cancel an engagement at any time with written notice. For retainer engagements, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Before Work Begins

If you cancel before we begin work on a project, any fees paid in advance are fully refundable.

3. Work in Progress

Once work has begun, fees covering work already delivered are non-refundable. Any unused, prepaid portion of a project may be refunded at our discretion, less costs already incurred.

4. Advertising Spend

Ad spend paid directly to third-party platforms is governed by those platforms and is not refundable by Seamora LLC.

5. How to Request

Email us with your account details and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
